About this contract

You are invited to tender for the provision of design and build construction services to convert the existing taxi office (23 King Street Wigan) to a publicly accessible community hub. We are now seeking to appoint a Lead contractor to work within a JCT Design and Build Contract, with the intent to remodel and refurbish the existing space, to one which is configured for use as a Community Hub.
