About this contract

This contract is for the collection and treatment for recycling of dry recyclables collected from domestic and non domestic premises within the geographical boundary of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. The aim of this contract is to provide the highest quality kerbside recycling service for all service users and to maximise diversion of recyclables from landfill by maximising customer participation.
