About this contract

The College is looking to appoint a contractor for one year to supply ID Cards and associated consumables. The initial requirements are identified in the RFQ but the College may have additional orders during the year and bidders will be expected to hold these prices for the duration of the contract. Samples of each type of ID Card, ID Card Holder & ID Neck must be delivered to the office mention above by 29th June 2015 at 12:00 hours to Paul Simmons. The quality of the artwork and cards will be assessed and only those meeting the required standard will be able to submit a commercial bid at the auction stage due to take place at 12:00 hours on the 6th July 2015. Please see attached documentation and images of the relevant cards. Note your submission will be treated as confirmation that you are able to meet the required deadlines.
