About this contract

King's College London's Denmark Hill Campus is home to the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) which also provides facilities for the School of Medicine and the Dental Institute. The Institute is located on the Maudsley Hospital site in a number of buildings, with administrative headquarters and central facilities (library, lecture theatre, dining) based in the main building - 16 De Crespigny Park. The Maudsley Hospital site’s, 3 No. old oil tanks can be accessed from the ground floor of the IoPPN and have already been decommissioned. It is proposed to remove the old tanks including any remaining plant and/or pipe work.
