About this contract

The stated objective of this tender (if possible) is to create a financial solution that fits the requirements of all the Councils whilst they remain completely separate legal entities. By going through this joint tendering process and the close working of the respective financial departments on the specification, It is hoped that it may be possible to aquire the same financial solution, If this is possible, it is hoped there may be capacity to share knowledge and deliver financial outputs, reduce waste, and streamline processes and to provide value for money for the Councils. However if the solution chosen by the authorities through the process is different then each council will have the option to award to a different supplier.
