About this contract

IWM would like to develop and deliver a modular training programme (no more than 5 sessions) for up to 100 managers. The programme should be delivered in a way that allows managers the flexibility to choose from a number of sessions throughout the year (June 2018-July 2019). The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with the HR department and consult with managers to design and deliver a bespoke programme that directly reflects IWM's management needs. Objectives of the training programme are: • To provide managers with the skills, confidence, techniques and strategies to manage their teams effectively • Increases productivity and improves our business performance • Cultivate and retain home grown, talented professionals who understand and champion our values, (to be courageous, authoritative, relevant and empathetic) and our ways of working • To facilitate a learning culture and encourage managers to develop peer support groups to share experiences and ideas Additional information: IWM would like to develop and deliver a modular training programme (no more than 5 sessions) for up to 100 managers. We will work closely with the consultant to embed ways of working, templates and procedures to make the course tailored for IWM.
