About this contract

The Council require one contractor to design and install residential sprinkler installations at the following locations, Linden Brook Respite Care Home and Halifax Borough Market (No.22,24,30,32,34 & 38 Market Street Balconies). The Halifax Borough Market is a Grade 2* listed building. In addition the above works, the Council require the successful contractor to establish the practicality and feasibility of installing a sprinkler system at the Grade 2* listed Shibden Hall, full details are provided in the schedule of works. It is a condition to tender that contractors attend an accompanied site visit, site visit dates will be made available via the YORtender Messaging Portal.
