About this contract

This contract is for the provision of window cleaning services for Rochdale Boroughwide Housing's 26 Sheltered Schemes (including 1 bungalow only scheme) 1 extra care scheme and 11 Office Campuses. This contract will be for a period of 36 months with an option of one twelve month extension subject to cost, performance and value for money considerations.
