About this contract

Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the refurbishment works at Wellington House,Waterloo Road,London SE1 8UG. Internal refurbishment and fit out of existing office space on the 4th, 5th 6th & 7th floors at Wellington House, London. Works include but are not be limited to internal alterations and removal, installation of new metal stud, and glazed partitioning, new doorsets, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. Alterations to existing mechanical and electrical services, including but not limited to; small power, access control, fire alarm, cooling and ventilation.
