About this contract

1. The NHS Leadership Academy, as part of NHSI/E, is seeking to engage an expert from the field of talent management to provide specialist expertise to support the achievement of developing the Talent Management (TM) maturity of NHS organisations, from innocence to excellence, within 2019/20 and establishing a sustainable model beyond 2020. The work will be to deliver a key priority outcome for the organisation level TM national agenda. In addition, it will ensure TM best practice and future proofing of the offer are in place. 2. The programme of work being commissioned is to deliver improvement to Talent Management (TM) practice within NHS organisations in England following organisations utilisation of the existing NHS Talent management Diagnostic Tool and Talent Management Toolkit
