About this contract
The Authority is the national Police Force for railways, with over 5,400 employees based in 140 locations across England, Scotland and Wales. On a daily basis the Authority's Officers police the journeys of over six million people throughout the country. Currently the Human Resources (HR), Integrated Systems Programme (ISP) and Technology Departments within the Authority hold a contract with a third-party supplier for the provision of a service desk solution, to monitor and manage the delivery of their transactional support for the Authority's employees. The contract for the current Software as a Service (SaaS) service desk expires on 13th January 2019, and will need to be replaced by a suitable service desk solution such that there is no break in the continuity of services through the current contract end date. The Call Off Contract is taking place under Framework RM3804 Technology Services 2 Lot 3A. Potential Providers completed Tender returns must be uploaded to the CCS eSourcing suite.
