About this contract
Red Cross wishes to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of suitably experienced, qualified and resourced Suppliers for the provision of IT hardware solutions and peripherals. The Goods required under this Framework Agreement include, but are not limited to: Supply and delivery of: * Desktop client devices; * Thin client devices; * Laptop devices; * Tablet and hybrid devices; * Emergency Response Kits for International; and * IT peripherals and consumables. The associated Services required under this Framework Agreement include: * Dedicated account management; * The provision of IT hardware support services; and * All other associated services. The Goods and Services will be delivered across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and shall enable Red Cross to achieve our Corporate Strategy objectives of Refusing to Ignore People in Crisis. The Framework Agreement shall be for a period of 24 months from the agreed Framework Agreement Start Date. Please refer to our Statement of Requirements as detailed within the Invitation to Tender. All Goods and Services must conform to the outputs detailed within this Statement of Requirements and all Goods must conform in full to the product / part number specified by the Red Cross.
