About this contract

This project comprises the construction of a new modular office building to house circa 135 University of Central Lancashire staff incorporating meetings rooms, interview rooms, breakout space and kitchen and social space areas to be known as 'The Ironworks'. The project also comprises the construction of a new modular waste and recycling unit with associated external works to be known as 'Hawkins Building'.
