About this contract

Bolsover District Council aims to establish a framework of contractors for building works and associated electrical works, to provide responsive maintenance services to the housing repairs section, commercial properties and Pleasley Vale Mills Business Park. The Council is working as part of a Strategic Alliance with North East Derbyshire District Council and as such these frameworks will be available for use by NEDDC with no obligation on them to do so. Neither Council guarantees volumes of work offered through the frameworks. Each of the frameworks will be let as a two year framework with the option of two extensions of up to twelve months each.
