About this contract

To appoint a service provider to carry out the following services: LOT 1 - External gutter clearing and cleaning to the Contracting Authority's houses, flats and communal areas within residential housing sites/schemes LOT 2 - Internal and external window cleaning to the Contracting Authority's houses, flats and communal areaswithin residential housing sites/schemes Additional information: Companies wishing to participate must download the tender documentation, complete it submit it by the submission time and date All conditions and minimum requirements will be set out in the tender documentation. The tender responses will be reviewed by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out.
