About this contract

The council is looking to engage a Registered Provider partner to submit a bid for funding to the Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund 2015. The bid will be to develop the following schemes for people with Autism and Learning Disabilities: 1) Remodelling of 2 borough owned properties to provide 4 self-contained one bedroomed apartments. 2) New build or remodelled scheme to provide 8-10 one bedroomed self-contained flats. Site or land to be identified by bidder.
