Lot — bid on it if it fits

This contract has one lot. Bid if it suits your firm.

The Authority is seeking interest from organisations who have interest in operating a cafe concession at an active NHS Mental Health Hospital in Blackpool. The cafe is fully equipped and has been operated for 10 years by a local charitable organisation. The current provider is exiting the cafe and so an exciting opportunity may exist for organisations with the vision and enthusiasm to become part of the family at an active, thriving and rewarding NHS facility. The Authority invites bidders to make contact to discuss this opportunity further. The value of this concession contract is estimated below the CCR2016 threshold and therefore the Authority reserves its rights entirely as to next steps, including whether to use any potential procurement process and the methodology to arrive at any award decision. Additional information: The Authority would look to procure an initial 48 month term with options to extend a further 36 months maximum.Value not published
