About this contract

Interpretation and Translation Services Lot 1: Interpretation Services (including Face-to-Face, Telephone and Video) Lot 2: Translation Services (including Transcription and Additional Services) Bidders do not have to bid for both Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated separately and the successful Bidder could win either one or both Lots. Additional information: Please register on the Council's e-tendering portal: In-Tend https://in-tendhost.co.uk/telford/ The initial contract term will be 2 years until 31 March 2026 with 2 options to extend: 1 x 24 months (until 31 March 2028) and 1 x 12 months (until 31 March 2029) to be exercised at the discretion of the Council. Any extension(s) will be agreed between the Parties and the Council will seek the Supplier to demonstrate improvements and/or price reductions before considering an extension.
