About this contract

Southampton city council are seeking to appoint a contractor that will deliver landscaping works in the vicinity of International Way in the Weston area of the city. International way is waterfront residential area of the city developed in the 1960s as part of the Weston housing estate. The area requires improvements to match the expectations of residents and visitors. To improve the physical environment of the area, the council have consulted residents to identify works to include installing a footpath to run behind the tower blocks in addition to installation of features such as seating and boulders. The contract is due to commence in November 2023 and works are expected to be completed by end of March 2024
