About this contract
Tenders are invited from interested parties for Internal Pest Control Services at Keele University, in accordance with the attached Tender Specification. The Contract will run for a period of two years from 3rd October 2019 to 2nd October 2021 with options to extend for two further one year periods. Given the need for one Service Provider to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the services required, the Contract has not been divided into lots. The Service Provider shall meet all of the Contract requirements and service levels detailed in the Tender Specification. The estimated total value of the Contract over its duration (including the Contract extension options if these are taken up) is £100,000 excluding VAT. The University will only pay the Service Provider for the actual work undertaken. Payment will be made monthly in arrears for the actual work performed in the given month. It is essential that Tenderers visit the University campus prior to submitting their tender submission in order to ascertain all the necessary information as to risk which may affect their tender pricing. Arrangements to visit site for this contract can be made by sending a message request through the In-tend portal using the "correspondence function". The site visits will be conducted during the tender period i.e. prior to the deadline for receipt of tenders.
