About this contract

The Authority is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake a full programme of refurbishment to a traditionally constructed two-bedroom cottage in the Peak District National Park. This is to including internal alterations, thermal upgrades, new kitchen and sanitary area fit outs, renewal of finishes, roof covering renewal, replacement MEP services and external drainage alterations.
