About this contract

Owing to exceptional circumstances we have extended the deadline for submissions to noon on 22.2.21 The purpose of this project is to make improvement works to the swimming pool changing rooms and health suite areas at Clacton Leisure Centre. The swimming pool changing rooms and spa area at CLC are at the end of their maintenance lifecycle and are in need of refurbishment. We are looking for one contractor for the whole works. Please note instructions in document "How to Return Your Submission" which includes details of how to ask any clarification questions along with deadlines for both site visits and questions and also for submissions including how and where to return your submission.
