About this contract
Background and Context to the South West London Integrated Service (Incorporating NHS 111 and GPOOH procurement) The CCGs wish to commission an enhanced Integrated Service, which is staffed by highly trained advisors, supported by experienced clinicians who use a Clinical Assessment Programme alongside the Directory of Services (DoS) to assess the clinical needs of the caller. The CCGs want the Integrated Service to determine the right course of action, give clinical advice, information or reassurance when appropriate or signpost to the alternative service. The CCGs see the Integrated Service as a key navigator of signposting to the correct service and ensuring that the aspirational functional integration with GPOOH is delivered for CCGs procuring only the NHS 111 Service, and full integration for those CCGs procuring the NHS 111 Service and GPOOH.
