About this contract

Bromley CCG is seeking expressions of interest from organisations to provide an integrated primary and community eye care Service across the Borough. The Integrated primary and community eye care Service should be an innovative service model which utilises primary care Optometrist to deliver more local enhanced services and should prevent inappropriate referrals into hospital. The service will need to have a community eye care component, which will clinically support the primary eye care service as well as manage any low risk glaucoma patients eligible for the community service.
