About this contract
The contracting authority is a housing society and wishes to procure a new fully integrated housing management solution and associated services that enable the delivery of excellent services right first time including: • CRM • repairs management • mobile working • digital services for customers (including web-portal, web-chat and tablet/smartphone apps/re-rendered web portal),. The preferred bidder is expected to be a prime contractor than can supply a solution that is customer-centric with sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities, and allow colleagues to work when mobile (off-line as well as online) from any location. It will have a customer, tenancy and property database must interface to a number of other solutions including: • Kirona DRS - Dynamic resource scheduler (currently used for scheduling repairs operatives) • Keystone - asset management system (though we would be interested to consider integrated options) • Open Accounts - our finance system • Documotive - our EDRM and PO management system • Corvu - Our performance management and reporting system It must include self-service capabilities for residents via mobile/tablet app(s) and web-portal(s), and provide web-portal capability for partners. An indicative outline timetable is provided in the SSQ documentation.
