About this contract

The project comprises the replacement of the existing gas fired water heaters at the Devonshire Dome boiler house at Buxton with a mini CHP, plate heat exchangers and buffer vessels. The site is located at University of Derby Buxton campus, Devonshire Dome boiler house, 1 Devonshire Road, Buxton, Derbyshire. SK17 6RY. The target date for commencement of the works: Monday 24th July 2017 The required date for completion of the works: Friday 8th September 2017 with possible extension for non-critical dates. Tendering contractors are required to confirm their ability to comply with these dates as part of their tender submission. Additional information: Please refer to the ITT document set. All correspondence should be via the InTend portal. Delivery Notes Please refer to the ITT document set for full details. It is essential the work is completed prior to start of 2017 / 2018 academic year i.e. beginning of September. In order to support this timescale the target contract award date is 24th July 2017, this is clearly dependent upon the outcome of the procurement process and necessary approvals.
