About this contract

This is an invitation to tender for a framework by Sutton Housing Partnership for the installation of fire doors and general fire safety works. The contract will be JCT Measured Term 2011 for an initial period of 2 years plus an option for 2 no. 1 year extensions. The initial commitment is for 1,000 door installations. The proposed contractors must be Gerda approved installers. 2 contractors will be appointed. The tender return date is 24th November 2017 Additional information: The specification has been revised.
