To transport and erect Council owned gazebos including installation of weights, dismantling, cleaning, maintaining and repairing all Market Stalls in Cumberland.

Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken prior to contract award is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of potential suppliers.
