About this contract

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board and seeking a provider to delivery an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service for people with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and/or complex Mental Health needs in Community Mental Health Teams. IPS is an evidence-based model of supported employment. It has been rigorously trialled and has consistently outperformed all other tested forms of support for job seekers with severe and enduring mental health problems. The service is required to commence on 1st July 2025 for an initial period of 3 years 9 months, with an optional extension period of 2 years.

The procurement is being conducted as a single stage open tender process. However, bids that fail to pass the evaluation for Document 5 - Minimum Criteria Questionnaire or that exceed the financial envelope will not be evaluated further.
