About this contract

The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking to commission an Independent Visitor service for Looked After Children. The service will recruit, train and support volunteers to visit and befriend children and young people. The aim of the Independent Visitor role will be to help these young people to develop self-esteem and confidence through providing consistent and reliable friendships and sharing interests and activities.
