About this contract
Good Food Greater Manchester Partnership and Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP) are seeking to commission an experienced independent food systems expert to undertake a strategic review of Greater Manchester's existing food landscape which will: Map the existing GM locality and city-region food landscape including relationships, responsibilities, models of delivery, structures and leadership, key strengths and key challenges / risks. Identify good practice from other city/regional food boards and consolidate this learning for the Greater Manchester Good Food Partnership Scope out an initial framework which identifies the priority areas which will support the development of a 5 year GM food strategy Produce 'actionable insights' and recommendations for the Good Food Greater Manchester Partnership and GM stakeholders Define options to strengthen the governance arrangements and impact of the Good Food Greater Manchester Partnership. The purpose of this engagement is to inform the market of the Contracting Authorities intention to procure the service and to invite potential providers to provide quotes. Providers are invited to provide quotes in line with the attached Invitation To Quote (ITQ) which includes the deliverables and timescales for this activity. Your ITQ response should comprise of the following: Organisational background (as relevant), Evidence of experience, an outline of the approach /proposed delivery model/method and indicative timescales for different elements of the work, Project management arrangements, Key milestones for delivery, Stakeholder engagement plan, Approach to review, Timetable for the work, Clear breakdown of costs and including VAT at the prevailing rate (where applicable) in the final total and Names and contact details of two referees.
