About this contract
The Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority seeks to appoint an Independent Provider to establish a Restorative Justice Service. The provider will: deliver the service to users across Greater Manchester through a hub and cluster model, integrated with local services; establish clear contact points for victims and offenders; provide information and advice to those supporting victims and offenders in relation to Restorative Justice; develop pathways with statutory and non-statutory agencies that can support service users; signpost or refer service users to appropriate support services; provide a mix of appropriately qualified and trained practitioners and volunteers supported and supervised by professionals; act as the main training provider across Greater Manchester in training all practitioners in relation to Restorative Justice; and establish mechanisms for feedback to referral agencies in relation to individual service users.
