About this contract

Expressions of interest are invited for this contract, which will deliver a service: - To develop young people's practical skill set in support of a transition to an independent adulthood; - To develop young people's aspirations and plans for future employment; - To provide young people with the support system, skills, capabilities and understanding to gain and participate in employment; and - To support young people in completing a successful work placement. The programme should run for a 24-month period and is expected to successfully support 30 young people with SEND per annum.
