About this contract
NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England (the Commissioner) would like to invite quotations from potential providers who can deliver a time limited project to address the key question of "what behaviours need to be present and where in the system to ensure that there is culture that promotes an "enabling" focus on community independent living" that is described in the national service model for transforming learning disability services. The successful provider would be expected to research and describe the learning disability system across the Midlands and East of England, identifying behaviours that are needed from each system partner and those that are required as a collaborative to develop a culture to ensure that the system can support the transforming care agenda. The deadline for submission of completed ITQ responses is 12 January 2018 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted.
