About this contract

The Framework is for both the planned preventative maintenance and the responsive maintenance of gas and electric commercial catering equipment including water boilers to keep the equipment in a safe and effective functional condition. Currently 74 properties are included within Framework across a range of local authority properties as listed in the Pricing Schedule. These currently include schools, residential homes, civic buildings, offices, fire stations, enterprise centres and small industrial units. The planned preventative maintenance essentially provides a thorough and searching examination of the commercial catering equipment with testing of electrical services and gas installations to the point of isolation, including the suitability and efficacy of the ventilation system and gas interlocks. Servicing will be at 3, 6 and 12 monthly intervals depending on type and use. Please note this is a Single Supplier Framework. Additional information: Please do not contact the Buyer direct.
