About this contract

Sheffield Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's requirement for a managed mail service (Hybrid Mail). The Trust is looking to outsource all appointment and outcome letters which are sent to patients and other stakeholders, concerned with an individual child's care. These letters are typically produced by outpatient clinics, waiting list co-ordinators, and medical secretaries / administrators across our services. The Trust currently uses the Royal Mail and specialist courier services to deliver its letters, with volumes of letters being in the hundreds of thousands.
