About this contract

The project is the Upgrade to building ventilation and cooling system The works comprises installing new plant, including air handling plant and chiller systems to the roof of the restaurant. Removing existing ductwork and replacing with larger sectional ductwork to increase the air flow. Installing new supply grilles and services within a suspended ceiling system Date for commencement of restricted works: Monday 11th July 2016 Date for commencement of all works: Monday 1st August 2016 Date for completion of the works: Friday 16th September 2016 Tendering contractors are required to confirm their ability to comply with these dates as part of their tender submission.
