About this contract

Corserv on behalf of Via East Midlands is seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to carry out Bridge Painting works. The works consist of the preparation and maintenance painting of the structural steelwork and approach rails/fencing on Humber Road Railway Bridge in Beeston, Nottinghamshire. The bridge is located over a live railway therefore the painting works to the bridge beams and piers are to be undertaken during railway possessions overnight on a Saturday/Sunday. The successful Contractor will have had experience on bridge painting to the highway specification of works and dealing with third party requirements of Network Rail. Pre booked rail possessions commence from 11th/12th August 2018. The evaluation criteria for this tender is 40% Quality and 60% Price.
