About this contract

The works comprise of the full refurbishment of the existing male and female toilets to the basement level and the general refurbishment of the existing dressing rooms located to the rear of the stage area. Works to include new sanitaryware, cubicles, ceiling finishes, minor building alterations, new floorcoverings, redecoration and minor electrical improvements / alterations.
