Brief to carry out a Hull and East Riding Joint Housing Need Study Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council are seeking to appoint consultants to prepare updated evidence on the Full Objectively Assessed Housing Need (FOAHN) for their combined housing market area. This will effectively update the latest evidence that has been published by each authority: Updated Objectively Assessed Need (OAN) for Housing in Hull (April 2015) ; and East Riding Local Housing Study Addendum Note (August 2014) .
