PHOENIX ME LIMITED have been successful in securing Westgate MEPH Design & Build part of the Stage Two of the HS2 MWCC for the S1 and S2 sectors with SCS JV (Skanska Construction UK Limited, Costain Limited, STRABAG AG - UK Branch). Stage Two is the detailed design and construction phase of the project. PHOENIX ME LIMITED invites you to submit your tender for providing the Westgate DFMA Design in accordance with the Westgate DFMA Design Scope. These works are expected to be administered using the NEC3: Professional Services Short Contract (PSSC).
