About this contract

HS2 Ltd is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide Commercial Modelling Services. HS2 Ltd will let two individual packages of Lots as a framework: Lot 1 Model Development & Analysis and Revenue Modelling Model Development & Analysis This requirement is for specialist knowledge of model development and analysis for commercial infrastructure and asset decisions. Revenue Modelling The requirement for this area focuses on revenue modelling including fares/pricing strategies and their impacts. In order to provide these services suppliers must have experience in using and developing MOIRA. MOIRA is an industry established modelling tool that is used to test the introduction of new train timetables, services and rolling stock on the current and future rail networks. Lot 2 - Whole Life Value for Money Tool This Lot will provide a bespoke whole life value for money tool, which will evaluate the benefits of numerous route options as required by commercial analysis.
