About this contract

Mace Dragados require a specialist supplier to design, manufacture and install a six storey 6000m2 site office and accommodation building. The building shall be installed in the vicinity of the Euston Station work site in London. It shall be of a modular construction and requires the following in addition to standard fit out of office and welfare areas: - provision of lifts; - fire systems; - security systems; - IT and Data systems; - air conditioning; - suspended ceilings; - carpets; and - furniture. The Supplier must have experience of supplying >5 storey modular buildings of a similar scale on large major infrastructure projects and complex congested Central London sites. If successful selected suppliers will be required to go through Mace Dragados pre-qualification process to be included on the final tender list. Mace Dragados have been appointed as the Construction Partner to build a fully-integrated HS2 station at London Euston, together with links to the existing London Underground station. HS2 Phase One includes construction of a new railway line run from London Euston to new stations at Old Oak Common in West London, an Interchange Station near Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and a terminus station in Birmingham City Centre (Curzon Street).
