About this contract

Mace Dragados is establishing a multiple vendor professional services framework to undertake temporary works design and construction impact assessments in relation to construction works for HS2 Euston Station. The initial term shall be five years with an option to extend. The framework is structured into the following lots: Lot 1 - General Temporary Works Designs Lot 2 - Geotechnical, Excavation and Tunnelling Lot 3 - Traffic and Transport Lot 4 - Utilities Lot 5 - Construction Impact Assessments The framework panel shall be zero value with agreed rates; terms & conditions and call off mechanism. The framework will enable selection of the most appropriate Consultant from the panel based on criteria including capacity, technical expertise and scope experience. Call off selection shall be via mini-competition or single source against task specific design briefs. Suppliers must have extensive demonstrable experience of delivering complex temporary works design and/or construction impact assessments on previous projects of a similar scale on large major infrastructure projects. This experience must applicable and relevant to the respective lots listed. If successful selected suppliers will be required to go through Mace Dragados pre-qualification process to be included on the final tender list. Mace Dragados have been appointed as the Construction Partner to build a fully-integrated HS2 station at London Euston, together with links to the existing London Underground station. HS2 Phase One includes construction of a new railway line run from London Euston to new stations at Old Oak Common in West London, an Interchange Station near Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and a terminus station in Birmingham City Centre (Curzon Street).
