About this contract

Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional works contractor to undertake the Design & Build contract for the construction of the HRA Phase 5 Development of 19 Houses and 17 flats at Lennox Wood & Aburound House. The contract is anticipated to run from April 2024 for 18 months.
