About this contract

Bournemouth Borough Council is advertising the following tender opportunity for the delivery of Housing Related Support services to assist people with a Learning Disability to develop or maintain their independence within the community thus preventing loss of their home or tenancy and/or the otherwise unnecessary use of more institutional forms of care. It does not cover the provision of day services or day opportunities or any service that includes the delivery of personal care. The tender is split into two lots: Lot 1 Accommodation Based Service, to deliver effective support over a range of Bournemouth addresses Lot 2 Outreach Service The contract is for five years with two optional one year extensions.
