About this contract

The Authority requests the markets insight and information in relation to housing related support for individuals. The service is currently spilt into two contracts: Housing Related Support for People leaving prison (Resettlement and Community Safety Service - RACSS) and Housing Related Support for people who require support to develop independent living skills. A re procurement of the two services is due in 2025, and the Authority is particularly interested within the markets views on although not limited to: Industry challenges, macro factors currently affecting the ability to obtain accommodation, the markets interest within the contracts and how these are are potentially spilt including their contract length and best way to achieve value for the tax payer, and any additional support offerings to those who are vulnerable.
