About this contract

Housing Related Support for people who are homeless or at least very marginally housed, and who have chronic and complex support needs. The Housing Support Grant Program in Gwynedd provides sorely needed assistance to the most vulnerable people in our communities. Funded through the Welsh Government’s Housing Support Grant and managed by Cyngor Gwynedd the Program funds a range of Housing Related Support services to meet the needs of our communities.
