About this contract

This contract will require the contractor to refurbish and internally reorganise the House of the Hill centre. The centre currently provides overnight and weekend breaks for children and young people with complex needs aged between 8 - 18 years of age. The centre layout is not optimised for its current and future use. After the works are carried out the building will be divided into two and will have two uses: 1) Short Break Service facility for children with complex needs; 2) Greenvale College- post 19 provision for children with complex needs.
