About this contract

The Authority intend to commission a provider to complete stock condition surveys in around 500 homes in the East and West Marsh areas of the borough. The information is required to support funding bids to carry out whole street improvement programmes and support other initiatives that will improve housing in the area. The provider is responsible for arranging access into properties. Surveys must be delivered in the priority areas, identified within the maps provided. They should represent a true cross section of housing in this area.
